Hello, I work with couples, individuals, families and young people, supporting them through relationship difficulties, life changes, emotional challenges and times when life feels a little harder than usual.

I love working with people on their relationships because I believe our connections – with ourselves and with the people who matter to us – play such an important part in how we feel about our lives. When we understand ourselves better, communicate more openly and feel able to be ourselves with others, life can feel more connected, rewarding and meaningful.

Relationships can bring love, fun, friendship and growth. But they can also be messy, complicated and hard work. Even good relationships go through difficult times, and sometimes we need a little help to understand what’s happening and find our way through it. I believe lasting relationships need care, attention and a willingness to talk about the things that aren’t always easy.

My approach is warm, open, compassionate and real. I offer a space where you can be yourself, feel genuinely heard and talk openly without fear of judgement. I’m curious about your experience and will take the time to understand your story, rather than making assumptions about what is right for you. We’ll work together to make sense of what’s happening and find solutions that feel right for you.

When working with couples, I’m interested not just in the problems you’re having, but in the patterns that can develop between you. We all bring our own experiences, expectations and ways of responding into our relationships. Understanding why we react the way we do, what we need and what we bring to the relationship can make it easier to respond differently and create long-lasting change.

I draw on Gestalt Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I use these approaches flexibly, choosing what’s most useful for you and your particular situation.

Whether you’re dealing with ongoing conflict, feeling disconnected, struggling to communicate, going through a major life change, or simply wanting to feel closer to someone you care about, therapy can give you the space to slow things down, understand each other better and move past the challenge.

My hope is that our work together helps you understand yourself more deeply, feel more confident in your relationships and create connections that are more honest, fulfilling and meaningful—with yourself, with others and with life.
